Behind RUPPERT contracting ltd. and homes by RUPPERT interior design
there is a great team of experienced and motivated people. With our
mutual effort we are able to provide all the construction services customers
need and with our various trades and professions many things from
driveways to architectural plans and new home buildings can be completed.
Building is our life, building is our passion. We don’t just want to finish a
project, but we want to be proud of it as our next achievement. Our team’s
relationship with the customer is meant to be long lasting as we stand
behind our work even when it is done and our goal is to do other projects
as well for the same customer. It just makes sense if we already got to know
each other and earned each other’s trust. The practice is that there is less
stress on both sides when everyone can focus on their part of the work and
communication is going better.
The RUPPERT contracting ltd. team’s typical projects can range
anywhere from basic landscape construction through general contracting to
design build. When a customer contacts us we sum up what needs to be
done and offer a strategy to them accordingly. It could be a one or two man
job where we put our experienced trade people or the job might require a
full team, including designers or architects. We have it all covered. Our
belief is that everything that happens in construction has a great effect on
each other. The architectural plans can not be just appealing to the eye
they have to be able to accommodate a beautiful and very functional
interior design. Since these plans are made by different professionals, it is
easy to see why team work is so important. The same stands for the
coordination and execution of the various trades.
Although we deal with any traditional wood frame (2x4, 2x6, etc.)
construction as we often do renovations or second story additions however
our preferred technology in wall structure is the ICF – Insulated Concrete
Form. (There is more about the technology on our ICF page.) It is
applicable in the case of new constructions or some new additions. We truly
believe in the ICF’s advantage and are always eager to share it with our
customers.
